Getting Started

What is MioSoul?

MioSoul is an AI companion product that lets you explore preset AI companions, create personalized companions, and chat with them. It also includes a memory feature.

How do I create a companion?

Enter the basic information for you and your companion, then choose the companion’s personality, interests, avatar, and background story. Once you finish, you can start chatting.

Where can I find my companion after creating one?

You can find and interact with all your selected AI companions on the Chat page.

Can I use the same account on both the web and the app?

Yes. Sign in with the same account, and the latest 50 messages will be synchronized across devices.

Your Companion

What can I customize when creating a companion?

You can customize your companion’s personality, interests, avatar, and background story.

Can I change my companion’s personality, interests, or avatar later?

Yes. In your companion’s details, tap Edit to change the Name, Avatar, Personality, Hobby, or Background Story, then tap Save.

What is a companion’s background story?

A background story is a piece of text in your companion’s profile that describes the companion’s background and character. You can edit it in the companion details.

Can I have more than one companion?

Each user can create one custom AI companion for free. A subscription allows you to create up to three custom AI companions. You can also select multiple preset AI companions on the Explore page and interact with them.

Chat and Memory

How do I start a chat with my companion?

Select a companion from Chat or Explore to open a conversation, then send a message in the Message field. The Chat page displays the notice “Chat content is generated by AI.”

What does my companion remember about me?

Memories help your companion remember important details across conversations.

Can I view, edit, or delete an individual memory?

You can view and delete individual memories, but you cannot edit them.

Why is my companion repeating itself, confused, or not replying?

First, check your network connection and make sure the current conversation is still available. Then try again or try again later. If the issue persists, contact Support and include your account information, device model, app version, and screenshots.

Safety, Privacy and Support

Are the AI companions in MioSoul real people?

No. The companions are AI-generated virtual characters, not real people. Chat content is generated by AI.

How do I delete my account?

On the Me page, open Account, tap Delete Account, and confirm.

How do I report an inappropriate message or generated media?

Long-press the message bubble and submit a Report in the pop-up window.

How do I contact Support?

On the Me page, open Feedback, enter the relevant information, and submit it.

What information should I include when contacting Support?

We recommend including a description of the issue along with screenshots or a screen recording.
